Essential Functions:
- Develops and executes robust territory business plans
- Meets or exceeds assigned sales goals, brand KPIs, and management by objectives
- Develops and manages long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, office practice managers, and other key stakeholders
- Conducts compelling discussions with key physicians and healthcare professionals in support of the approved product indication
- Utilizes approved resources and messages to meet goals and targets
- Explains product features and benefits using persuasive sales techniques
- Collaborates with internal cross-functional partners (clinical nurse educators, marketers, account managers, medical science liaisons)
- Plans and organizes promotional speakers programs with the Speakers Bureau vendor
- Communicates competitive market intelligence to brand teams and management
- Monitors operating costs and budget and ensures activities align with company policies and procedures

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- 6+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience
- Proven track record of results
- Driving results in a competitive market
- Market Access or Reimbursement experience (plus)
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Launch and/or breast cancer product promotion experience
- Launch and/or rare disease product promotion experience
- Biotechnology/pharmaceutical/oncology experience (highly preferred)
Travel/Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5 PM; weekend work may be required
- Travel primarily local; up to 40%
- Personal vehicle use required; reimbursement provided
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $175,000–$200,000/year
- Quarterly incentive compensation and robust benefits package
