Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute territory business plans.
- Meet/exceed sales goals, brand KPIs, and management-by-objectives targets.
- Build and manage long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, office practice managers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct discussions with healthcare professionals to support the approved product indication.
- Use approved resources/messages; explain features and benefits using persuasive sales techniques.
- Collaborate with internal partners (clinical nurse educators, marketers, account managers, medical science liaisons).
- Plan and organize promotional speakers programs with Speakers Bureau vendor.
- Communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams/management.
- Monitor operating costs/budget and ensure activities follow company policies.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience.
- Proven track record of results; ability to drive results in competitive markets.
- Market Access or Reimbursement experience is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Launch/promotion experience in breast cancer products.
- Launch/promotion experience in rare disease products.

Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $175,000β$200,000/year; quarterly incentive and robust benefits package.
