Territory: Lower Peninsula of Michigan (prefer Detroit Metro Area).
Primary Objective:
Drive oncology product adoption and utilization in the territory by selling, promoting, and supporting Pumaβs first commercial oncology product and approved indication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute robust territory business plans
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goals, brand KPIs, and management by objectives
- Build and manage long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, office practice managers, and other stakeholders
- Lead compelling discussions with key health care professionals supporting the approved indication
- Use approved resources/messages to meet goals and targets; explain features/benefits using persuasive sales techniques
- Collaborate with clinical nurse educators, marketers, account managers, and medical science liaisons
- Plan and organize promotional speakers programs with the Speakers Bureau vendor
- Communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams/management
- Monitor operating costs/budget and ensure compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelorβs Degree
- 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience
- Proven results in competitive markets
- Market Access or Reimbursement experience (plus)
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Launch/promotion experience in breast cancer and/or rare disease
Compensation/Benefits:
- $180,000β$210,000 base salary; quarterly incentive compensation and robust benefits package (details based on role factors).
