Summary/Objective
- Senior Oncology Sales Specialist responsible for achieving territory sales goals through promotion, sale, and support of Pumaโ€™s first commercial oncology product; represents approved indication and helps physicians/nurses learn benefits for relevant therapeutic area/disease state. Develops account/customer business plans to drive adoption/utilization.

Essential Functions
- Develop and execute robust territory business plans
- Meet/exceed sales goals, brand KPIs, and management-by-objectives
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, office practice managers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct compelling discussions with key physicians/health care professionals in support of approved indication
- Use approved resources/messages to meet goals and targets
- Explain product features/benefits using persuasive sales techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (clinical nurse educators, marketers, account managers, medical science liaisons)
- Plan and organize promotional speaker programs with Speakers Bureau vendor
- Communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams and management
- Monitor operating costs/budget and ensure activities align with company policies

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree
- 6+ years pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience
- Proven track record of results; able to drive results in competitive market

Preferred Qualifications
- Launch and/or promotion experience for breast cancer and/or rare disease products
- Market Access or Reimbursement experience
- Biotechnology/pharmaceutical/oncology experience (highly preferred)

Position Logistics
- Significant use of personal vehicle; business vehicle reimbursement provided
- Typical hours: Monโ€“Fri 8:30 AMโ€“5 PM; weekend work may be required
- Travel primarily local; up to 20%

Compensation
- Salary range: $180,000โ€“$210,000/year; quarterly incentive and robust benefits package.
