Primary Objective of Position
- Sell and succeed in competitive oncology markets; develop and execute account-specific business plans to drive adoption and utilization of Puma’s first commercial oncology product.

Major Duties/Responsibilities
- Develops and executes robust territory business plans
- Meets/exceeds assigned territory sales goals, brand KPIs, and management-by-objectives targets
- Builds long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, office practice managers, and other key stakeholders
- Conducts discussions with healthcare professionals in support of the approved product indication
- Uses approved resources and messages; explains product features/benefits using persuasive sales techniques
- Collaborates with clinical nurse educators, marketers, account managers, and medical science liaisons
- Plans promotional speakers programs with Speakers Bureau vendor
- Communicates competitive market intelligence to brand teams/management
- Monitors operating costs/budget and ensures activities align with company policies

Required Qualifications/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
- Oncology and/or rare disease experience
- Proven track record of results
- Market Access/Reimbursement experience is a plus

Preferred
- Breast cancer product launch/promotion experience
- Rare disease product launch/promotion experience

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $180,000–$210,000/year; quarterly incentive compensation and robust benefits package

Work Details
- Full-time; remote with home office and field activity; frequent territory travel (up to ~25% for some territories).
