Role: Senior Oncology Account Specialist (SOAS)

Responsibilities:
- Promote Pfizer’s product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
- Educate the healthcare community on appropriate use of Pfizer products.
- Call on accounts and organized customers to improve patients’ experience and overall quality of patient care.
- Increase Pfizer’s brand with high-value target customers by linking account/business assessment to Pfizer product and resource knowledge.
- Promote a broad portfolio; generate demand in assigned accounts.
- Manage strategic accounts/territory with comprehensive plans to meet objectives.
- Maintain relationships across institutions; overcome access barriers to reach providers.
- Cultivate relationships with KOLs and top-priority customers.
- Assess physician/account needs and address them using targeted skills and appropriate resources.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS from an accredited institution OR associate’s degree with 8+ years experience OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years relevant experience.
- Domestic travel and overnight stay as needed.
- Valid US driver’s license and compliant driving record (DUI/DWI or impaired driving citations within past 7 years disqualify).
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical sales OR 4 years oncology HCP experience with thought leaders/high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care.
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales/HCP experience.
- Ability to communicate technical/scientific disease/product information.
- Business acumen.
- Proficiency with complex digital applications; adapt to Pfizer’s long-range technology model.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years oncology sales; lung cancer TA experience.
- Master’s degree or advanced HCP degree.
- Experience calling on institutions, NCI centers, and KOLs.
