Responsibilities:
- Promote Pfizer’s oncology product portfolio to healthcare providers and specialists.
- Educate healthcare community on appropriate use of Pfizer products.
- Call on accounts and organized customers to improve patient experience and overall quality of patient care.
- Increase Pfizer’s brand with high-value target customers by assessing account/business landscape and applying Pfizer product knowledge.
- Promote demand in assigned accounts; generate territory/account/customer plans.
- Maintain and grow relationships with institutions and KOLs; address physician/account needs using appropriate resources.
- Overcome obstacles to access difficult-to-see providers; engage and influence customers throughout the selling process.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS (accredited) OR associate’s + 8+ years OR high school diploma (or equivalent) + 10+ years relevant experience.
- Domestic travel/overnight as needed.
- Valid US driver’s license; no DUI/DWI/impaired driving citations in past 7 years.
- 4+ years pharmaceutical sales OR 4+ years oncology HCP experience with thought leaders/high-influence customers in hospitals, large group practices, or managed care.
- Demonstrated success in pharmaceutical sales/HCP work.
- Ability to communicate technical/scientific product and disease-management information.
- Business acumen.
- Proficiency with complex digital applications and ability to use Pfizer technology model.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–5 years oncology sales; lung cancer therapeutic area experience.
- Master’s or advanced HCP degree.
- Experience calling on institutions, NCI centers, and Key Opinion Leaders.
