Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic execution across a complex/multi-state territory, delivering sustained commercial impact.
- Expand relationships with healthcare providers and influential stakeholders to advance appropriate knowledge and use of Exelixis oncology therapies.
- Use advanced analytics and market insights to refine territory strategy and influence internal planning.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver coordinated solutions addressing clinical, operational, and access challenges.
- Represent field perspectives in brand planning; identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and unmet needs.
- Model excellence in compliance, professionalism, and ethical engagement.
- Lead strategic pull-through initiatives with access and reimbursement teams.
- Serve as a field-based ambassador for new product launches, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, integrated delivery networks, and institutional decision-makers.
- Support regional leadership with business planning, training, and performance calibration.
- Mentor and support junior team members.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA in related discipline + 9 years experience; or Master’s + 7 years; or equivalent education/experience.
- Minimum 5 years of oncology sales experience.
- Launch experience required.

Skills/Abilities:
- Strong relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence/persuasion.
- Ability to present/persuade using complex clinical information.
- Strong business planning ability.
- Ability to work independently.

Work Conditions:
- Up to 50% travel time.
