Senior Oncology Account Manager - Omaha, NE

Role: Senior Oncology Account Manager (MUST LIVE IN TERRITORY—Nebraska/Iowa)
Responsibilities:
- Support Genmab’s hematology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace
- Meet/exceed assigned territory sales goals by positioning benefits and use of products for appropriate patients
- Build and execute robust territory business plans centered on performance
- Manage accounts via virtual and in-person engagements; incorporate account communication preferences
- Analyze key market data and turn insights into effective planning
- Develop long-term customer relationships and provide value-based solutions
- Represent brands professionally, compliantly, ethically, and effectively across digital/live mediums
- Demonstrate proficiency in disease states, competitor products, and reimbursement/fulfillment pathways for injectable medications
- Manage territory resources and budget; comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years demonstrated success in oncology; hematology experience preferred
- Hematology/Oncology launch experience
- Strong account management, selling, and sales performance track record
- Strong business analytics and ability to develop/execute/adjust territory plans
- Relationship-building experience; ability to work in matrix teams
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Veeva (etc.)
- Flexibility, strong attention to detail, excellent organizational/written/verbal communication
- Live within Nebraska/Iowa territory
