Senior Oncology Account Manager (OAM) β Denver, CO (field-based)
What youβll do:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, clinical data, competitive environment, and darovasertib mechanism of action
- Develop and execute territory/ecosystem account strategies to drive product utilization
- Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Translate complex clinical data into compliant, tailored product education
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned to national brand objectives
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support complex accounts
- Use analytics to optimize resource deployment and account prioritization
- Manage administrative requirements (budget, expenses, CRM call reporting)
- Ensure promotional activities meet regulatory and ethical standards
- Travel: ~80%
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline
- 10+ years pharmaceutical sales; 5+ years oncology sales
- US experience launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product
- Rare disease/orphan oncology/specialized markets experience strongly preferred
- Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of reimbursement and fulfillment for oral oncolytics; ability to support patient access
- Track record managing complex academic and community oncology accounts
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, organizational skills; autonomy/accountability/professionalism
- Patient-centric mindset with integrity and scientific rigor
- Overnight travel as needed; residence within assigned region

- Expected salary range: $187,000β$231,000
