Position Summary
- Strategic territory leader within assigned geography, responsible for leading the launch and adoption of darovasertib for uveal melanoma.
- Conduit of clinical, scientific, and market intelligence to drive appropriate awareness/adoption across academic, community, and referral ecosystems.
- Develop and execute territory/ecosystem account strategies; manage strategically important accounts.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, emerging clinical data, competitive environment, and darovasertib’s MOA.
- Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data into compliant, compelling stakeholder education.
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies; identify/activate/optimize referral networks.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services.
- Deliver actionable customer insights to internal stakeholders for brand strategy and lifecycle planning.
- Use analytics/performance data to optimize resource deployment and account prioritization.
- Complete administrative requirements (budget, expenses, CRM reporting).
- Ensure promotional activities meet regulatory/ethical standards.
- Travel ~80%.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical sales; 5+ years oncology sales.
- Proven success launching a first-in-class/specialty oncology product in the US.
- Strongly preferred: rare disease/orphan oncology/specialized markets experience.
- Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic healthcare professionals.
- Comprehensive understanding of reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics; ability to support patient access.
- Proven track record managing complex academic/community oncology accounts.
- Strong analytics, strategic planning, and organizational skills; autonomy/accountability/professionalism; patient-centric mindset.
- Overnight travel as needed; residence within assigned region.
Total Rewards (explicit):
- Expected salary range: $187,000–$231,000.

- Reports to Regional Business Director; field-based role.
