Position Summary
- Serve as a strategic territory leader within a designated geographic region to lead the launch and adoption of darovasertib in uveal melanoma.
- Act as a key conduit of clinical, scientific, and market intelligence.
What youβll do:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, emerging clinical data, competitive environment, and darovasertib mechanism of action.
- Independently develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies.
- Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant product education tailored to stakeholders.
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned with national brand objectives.
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services for complex accounts.
- Use analytics to optimize resource deployment, account prioritization, and execution plans.
- Manage administrative requirements (budget, expense reports, CRM call reporting/synchronization) and ensure promotional activities meet regulatory/ethical standards.
- Travel: ~80%.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales experience; minimum 5+ years oncology sales experience.
- Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US.
- Strong analytic, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic healthcare professionals.
- Understanding of reimbursement process and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics; ability to support patient access.
- Proven track record managing complex academic and community oncology accounts.
- High autonomy, accountability, professionalism; patient-centric mindset.
- Overnight travel as needed; residence within assigned geographic region.
