Position Summary
Senior Oncology Account Managers (OAM) serve as strategic territory leaders within a designated geographic region, responsible for leading the launch and adoption of darovasertib within assigned territory (uveal melanoma). Act as a conduit of clinical, scientific, and market intelligence and drive appropriate awareness and adoption across academic, community, and referral-based ecosystems.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, emerging clinical data, competitive environment, and darovasertib mechanism of action
- Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies to drive product utilization
- Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant, tailored product education
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned to national brand objectives
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support complex accounts
- Provide actionable customer insights to internal stakeholders for brand and lifecycle planning
- Use analytics/performance data to optimize resource deployment and account prioritization
- Complete administrative requirements (budget, expense reports, CRM call reporting/synchronization)
- Ensure promotional activities meet regulatory and ethical standards
- Travel ~80%

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical sales experience; minimum 5+ years oncology sales experience
- Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US
- Strongly preferred experience in rare disease/orphan oncology/specialized markets
- Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic healthcare professionals
- Understanding of reimbursement process and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics; ability to support patient access
- Proven track record managing complex academic and community oncology accounts
- Strong analytics, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- High autonomy, accountability, professionalism; patient-centric mindset
- Overnight travel as needed; residence within assigned geographic region

Total Rewards (as stated):
- Expected salary range: $187,000–$231,000
- Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, ESPP, and wellness programs
