Position Summary
- Lead launch and adoption of darovasertib within assigned geography for uveal melanoma; act as conduit of clinical, scientific, and market intelligence.
- Build durable relationships, activate referral pathways, and contribute to regional/national commercial strategy; balance execution in high-volume accounts with ensuring patient consideration.
- Maintain expertise in disease-state management, evolving clinical data, product information, and access considerations; adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
What youβll do:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, emerging clinical data, competitive environment, and darovasertib MOA.
- Independently develop and execute territory/ecosystem account strategies to drive utilization.
- Cultivate peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant product education tailored to stakeholders.
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies; identify/optimize referral networks.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support complex accounts.
- Provide actionable customer insights to internal stakeholders.
- Use analytics/performance data to optimize resource deployment and account prioritization.
- Manage administrative requirements (budget, expense reports, CRM call reporting).
- Ensure promotional activities meet regulatory/ethical standards.
- Travel ~80%.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, biological sciences, or related.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical sales; 5+ years oncology sales.
- Successful US launch of first-in-class or specialty oncology product.
- Strong preference: rare disease/orphan oncology/specialized markets experience.
- Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic healthcare professionals.
- Comprehensive reimbursement and oral oncolytics fulfillment pathway understanding; ability to support patient access.
- Track record managing complex academic/community oncology accounts.
- Strong analytics, strategic planning, organizational skills; autonomy/accountability/professionalism.
- Patient-centric mindset; integrity and scientific rigor.
- Overnight travel; residence within assigned region.

- Expected salary range: $187,000β$231,000.
