Location/territory: Field-based in Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri (prefer Kansas City, MO/KS; also Des Moines, IA). Travel ~80%.

Position Summary:
Senior Oncology Account Manager (OAM) to lead launch and adoption of darovasertib in uveal melanoma within assigned geography; partner with internal teams and serve as a strategic territory leader and voice of the customer.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, emerging clinical data, competition, and darovasertib mechanism of action
- Develop and execute territory and ecosystem-level account strategies to drive appropriate utilization
- Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant product education tailored to stakeholders
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned to national brand objectives
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support complex accounts
- Use analytics/performance data to optimize resource deployment and account prioritization
- Complete administrative requirements (budget, expenses, CRM reporting/call synchronization)
- Ensure promotional activities meet regulatory/ethical standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline
- 10+ years pharmaceutical sales; 5+ years oncology sales
- Proven success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US
- Strong analytic, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue
- Knowledge of reimbursement process and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics; ability to support patient access
- Proven track record managing complex academic/community oncology accounts
- Rare disease/orphan oncology/specialized markets experience strongly preferred
- Overnight travel and residence within assigned region

Total Rewards (if listed): Salary range $187,000–$231,000; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, ESPP, wellness programs.
