Position Summary
- Strategic territory leader responsible for leading the launch and adoption of darovasertib within assigned geography; key conduit for clinical, scientific, and market intelligence related to darovasertib in uveal melanoma.
- Blend scientific acumen with account leadership to drive awareness/adoption across academic, community, and referral-based ecosystems.
- Build durable relationships, activate referral pathways, and support regional/national commercial strategy.
- Manage strategically important accounts; partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services; act as the voice of the customer with actionable insights.

What you’ll do:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, emerging clinical data, competitive environment, and darovasertib MOA.
- Independently develop and execute territory/ecosystem account strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data into compliant product education.
- Execute pre-launch/launch strategies aligned to national objectives.
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
- Use analytics/performance data to optimize resource deployment and prioritization.
- Complete administrative requirements (budget/expenses/CRM reporting, etc.) and ensure promotional activities meet regulatory/ethical standards.
- Travel ~80%.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical sales; 5+ years oncology sales.
- Proven success launching first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US.
- Strong analytic, strategic planning, organizational skills; high autonomy/accountability/professionalism; patient-centric integrity.
- Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue; reimbursement/reimbursement pathways knowledge for oral oncolytics; experience managing complex academic/community accounts.

Preferred:
- Experience in rare disease, orphan oncology, or highly specialized markets.
