Responsibilities:
- Maintain advanced knowledge of uveal melanoma, tumor biology, emerging clinical data, competitive environment, and darovasertib mechanism of action.
- Independently develop and execute territory/ecosystem account strategies to drive appropriate utilization.
- Build peer-level relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Translate complex clinical data into clear, compliant product education tailored to stakeholders.
- Execute pre-launch and launch strategies aligned with national brand objectives.
- Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Patient Services to support complex accounts.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
- Use analytics/performance data to optimize resource deployment, account prioritization, and execution plans.
- Complete required administrative tasks (budget, expenses, CRM call reporting/synchronization).
- Ensure promotional activities meet regulatory and ethical standards.
- Travel ~80%.
Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree in business, biological sciences, or related discipline.
- 10+ years pharmaceutical sales; 5+ years oncology sales.
- Success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the US.
- Strong preference: rare disease/orphan oncology/specialized markets.
- Ability to engage in high-level scientific dialogue with academic HCPs.
- Deep understanding of reimbursement/fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics; ability to support patient access.
- Track record managing complex academic/community oncology accounts.
- Strong analytic, strategic planning, and organizational skills; high autonomy/accountability.
- Patient-centric mindset; integrity and scientific rigor.
- Overnight travel as needed; residence within assigned region.
