Role:
The Senior Oncology Account Manager builds and maintains strong professional relationships with key customers and stakeholders in private practice, medical group practices, hospitals/academic medical centers, office, and ancillary staff involved in the care of cancer patients. The role provides approved disease and product information and resources to key decision makers and stakeholders within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Support Genmabโs hematology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace
- Meet or exceed assigned territory sales goals by positioning product benefits and use for appropriate patients
- Manage time effectively by focusing on engagements that drive brand value and prioritize activities that make a difference for patients
- Develop and implement robust territory business plans centered on performance; meet or exceed territory productivity requirements
- Flex between virtual and in-person engagements; develop business plans considering account communication preferences
- Analyze key market data points and turn insights into effective business planning
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships; provide value-based solutions
- Represent Genmabโs brands in a professional, compliant, ethical, and effective manner
- Communicate disease-state and product/competitor value through all mediums (digital, live, etc.)
- Demonstrate proficiency in the reimbursement environment, including reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for injectable medications
- Manage the territory effectively with strong selling competencies
- Creatively gain โaccessโ to customers in the modern landscape
- Foster team effectiveness by sharing knowledge and information
- Manage territory resources and budget
- Comply with all laws, regulations, and policies governing Genmab U.S. staff
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree (any area/discipline)
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; at least 3 years demonstrated success in the Oncology marketplace (hematology experience preferred)
- Hematology/Oncology launch experience
- Proven account management and selling competencies; track record of meeting/exceeding goals
- Strong business analytics to analyze drivers and develop/execute/adjust territory business plans
- Ability to build/maintain professional relationships across the customer influence network
- Experience working in matrix teams
- Track record of self-development to drive and enhance performance
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Veeva, etc.
- Flexible; able to manage multiple tasks; strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal/external contacts at all levels
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to ethical, compliant operation aligned with industry laws/regulations
- Must live within the assigned geography of Colorado

Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana

Compensation:
- Proposed salary band: $160,000.00โ$240,000.00 (additional discretionary bonuses/long-term incentives may apply)
