The Senior Neuromuscular Clinical Sales Specialist (NCSS) promotes the safe and effective use of Sarepta Therapies to medical providers across an assigned US territory. The NCSS must live within the assigned geography; ideal candidate resides in the DC Area.

Responsibilities:
- Promote safe/effective use of therapies per product label, training, and policies
- Own enrollment form attainment for four currently approved products (and additional launch products as applicable)
- Build relationships with key HCPs at Sites of Care by educating and selling four marketed products (primarily neurology/neuromuscular)
- Build referral networks to identify new patients and patients diagnosed/lost to follow up (physician offices; community/academic hospitals)
- Execute a consultative selling model and demonstrate clinical selling leadership
- Develop strategic account plans with defined sales/execution objectives and coverage of assigned geography
- Identify naïve DMD patients when appropriate to support timely diagnosis and access to care
- Lead HCP education on genetic testing (access/amenability) and antibody assay access/pull-through
- Conduct outreach to priority leads per business strategy
- Maintain advanced knowledge of DMD environment, drivers, treatments, referral patterns, account profiles, influence, reimbursement, and barriers
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation to address customer needs and DMD understanding/care gaps
- Ensure regulatory/compliance adherence and exercise sound judgment
- Collaborate cross-functionally; challenge best practices within the DAM team; take on projects/duties as requested

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years field experience in biotech (preferably orphan diseases)
- Neuromuscular, Pediatric Neurology, or other specialty experience preferred
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environments in orphan/rare disease
- Excellent consultative selling skills; proven performance; track record of exceeding sales goals
- Passion for improving DMD patient care; patient-centered mindset
- Adoption of new technologies/continuous learning
- Product launch experience highly desired
- Advanced MS Office; Veeva/Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
- Ability to travel up to 70%

Application / Work mode:
- Hybrid: expected to work on-site at a US facility and attend in-person company events from time to time.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
