The Senior Neuromuscular Clinical Sales Specialist (NCSS) promotes the safe and effective use of Sarepta therapies to medical providers across an assigned US territory. Key expectations include meeting/enrolling form goals, thriving in a fast-paced environment, understanding market dynamics, and supporting improved patient lives.

Responsibilities:
- Promote safe and effective use of therapies per product label and company training/policies
- Own enrollment form attainment for approved (and other launch, when applicable) products within a defined geography
- Build relationships with key HCPs at Sites of Care by educating and selling marketed products (target: neurology/neuromuscular specialists)
- Build referral networks outside Sites of Care to identify new patients and patients lost to follow-up
- Execute a consultative selling model and be recognized as a clinical selling leader
- Develop strategic account plans with defined sales/execution objectives and comprehensive territory coverage
- Identify naïve DMD patients by educating HCPs to support timely diagnosis/access to care
- Lead HCP education on genetic testing, access/amenability
- Lead HCP education on the antibody assay, access, and successful pull-through
- Conduct outreach to priority leads per business strategy
- Stay current on DMD environment: disease, drivers, treatment/referral patterns, reimbursement, barriers
- Allocate resources to meet customer needs and address DMD understanding/care gaps
- Ensure compliance with regulatory/compliance guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally; challenge best practices within the DAM team; complete other assigned projects/duties

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years field experience in biotech industry (preferably orphan diseases)
- Neuromuscular, Pediatric Neurology, or other specialty experience preferred
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environments in orphan/rare disease

Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent consultative selling skills with proven performance
- Passion for improving DMD patient care delivery
- Adopts new technologies/continuous learning
- Product launch experience highly desired
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- Advanced MS Office; Veeva/Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 70%
- Must live within assigned geography (ideal: DC Area)
