The Senior Neuromuscular Clinical Sales Specialist (NCSS) promotes the safe and effective use of Sarepta therapies to medical providers across an assigned US territory.

Responsibilities:
- Promote safe and effective use of therapies per product label, training, and policies
- Own enrollment form attainment for currently approved products (and other launch products as applicable)
- Build and maintain relationships with key HCPs at Sites of Care; educate and sell marketed products
- Build referral networks beyond Sites of Care to identify new/lost-to-follow-up patients
- Execute consultative clinical selling model; recognized for clinical selling leadership
- Develop strategic account plans with defined sales/execution objectives and coverage of territory
- Identify naïve DMD patients by educating HCPs to support timely diagnosis and access to care
- Lead HCP education on genetic testing, access, amenability
- Lead HCP education on antibody assay access and successful pull-through
- Conduct outreach to priority leads per business strategy
- Stay current on DMD environment (disease, drivers, treatment/referral patterns, reimbursement/barriers)
- Allocate resources to meet customer needs and address gaps in DMD understanding/care
- Exercise sound judgment; adhere to regulatory/compliance guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally; challenge best practices within the DAM team
- Assume projects/other duties as requested

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years field experience in biotech (preferably orphan diseases)
- Neuromuscular or Pediatric Neurology (or related specialty) preferred
- Understanding of healthcare regulatory/enforcement environments in orphan/rare disease
- Excellent consultative selling skills; proven performance
- Passion for improving DMD patient care
- Adopts new technologies and continuous learning
- Product launch experience highly desired
- Track record of exceeding sales goals
- Advanced MS Office; Veeva/Salesforce
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Valid driver’s license (in good standing)
- Ability to travel up to 70%

Application instructions/role logistics:
- Hybrid role; work on-site at a US facility and attend in-person company events as needed.
- Must reside in the DC area; must live within assigned geography.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
