Medical Affairs
Responsibilities:
- Establish collaborations with external healthcare professionals, scientific opinion leaders, and institutions to share evidence-based medical and scientific information about oncology/solid tumor R&D.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory vision (map key accounts; plan impactful medical engagements aligned with medical objectives).
- Build partnerships with academic centers, centers of excellence, and integrated care systems.
- Deliver medical education, updates, and gather insights from U.S. HCPs as part of the field-based scientific/medical team.
- Develop partnerships with investigators and thought leaders through scientific, evidence-based communication and education.
- Support and identify U.S. clinical trial sites and opportunities aligned to oncology strategy.
- Document and communicate actionable field insights to internal stakeholders; ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance/safety reporting.
- Provide input and/or attend prioritized oncology conferences, medical programs, advisory boards, and trainings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD, MD/DO, or PhD preferred); 3–5+ years oncology MSL or comparable customer-facing industry/clinical role.
- Working knowledge of gynecologic malignancies/breast cancer; established HCP/external expert network.
- Preferred locations: San Francisco, Las Vegas.
- Strong networking, collaboration, presentation, and communication; cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to manage multiple projects; understanding of clinical trials/protocols and drug development lifecycle.
- Ethical commitment; knowledge of GCP and PhRMA Code.
- Proficiency with MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office 365.
- Frequent travel/driving within territory (50–70%); valid driver’s license required.
