How you’ll make an impact:
- Identify, establish, and maintain long-term collaborative partnerships with KOLs, investigators, HCPs, and academic institutions.
- Support high-quality execution and timelines for R&D initiatives (including Phase 2b and Phase 3 clinical trials) through proactive/reactive trial site engagement, education, and internal collaboration.
- Present data and conduct balanced peer-to-peer scientific exchange and education on company products and science with KOLs, HCPs, academic institutions, clinical investigators, and other stakeholders per company policies.
- Professionally represent the company at relevant scientific conferences/symposia/meetings; support medical booth activities as needed; cultivate relationships and gather insights.
- Collaborate on development and implementation of the scientific communication plan and medical-to-medical materials.
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal cross-functional teams (regulatory, commercial, and clinical development).
- Gather field insights on data, therapeutic area, and competitive intelligence to inform company strategies and evidence generation plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory and legal guidelines.
- Maintain clinical, scientific, and technical expertise in therapeutic area.
Skills and experience you’ll bring:
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) required.
- Minimum 5 years in a scientific, clinical, or MSL role within pharma/biotech.
- Knowledge of clinical research methodologies; ability to evaluate and translate scientific material.
- Strong immunology therapeutic area and clinical development knowledge; Dermatology or Allergy/Immunology experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Travel up to 50% (typically 35–50%).
Compensation:
- Anticipated base salary range: $195,000–$275,000; eligibility for annual bonus, equity participation, and comprehensive benefits.
