Summary of Position:
Sr MSL represents real-time KOL/HCP input on product development opportunities and provides scientific exchange on pipeline and commercial products; conducts clinical presentations to payer organizations.

Position Responsibilities:
- Become an SMA and apitegromab medical/clinical/scientific expert.
- Build relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs and possibly payers.
- Deliver medical/clinical/scientific presentations to external audiences.
- Support clinical development activities, investigator recruitment, and education.
- Develop and execute a Territory Management Plan aligned with Medical goals.
- Develop MSL metrics, qualitative/quantitative reports, and MSL SOPs/Business Practices.
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests from field teams.
- Partner compliantly with Sales and Market Access on regional engagement.
- Provide internal teams insights from HCP interactions.
- Co-create and deliver MSL training; support MSL material content development.
- Contribute to Global and US Medical Plans for apitegromab in SMA.
- Participate in advisory/speaker training activities as needed.
- Coordinate and manage local/regional investigator-initiated research (IIR); report on scientific sessions and conduct scientific exchange at congresses.

Candidate Requirements:
- MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred; NP/PT considered with significant neuromuscular clinical experience.
- Neurology and/or rare disease experience with prior launch experience preferred.
- Critical knowledge of regulatory, commercial, and clinical issues in pharma.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate across geographies and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in a start-up biopharma company desirable.
- Integrity/ethics and commitment to scientific standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer relationship management experience a plus.
- Remote position with extensive overnight travel (>50%).

Compensation:
$220,000 - $250,000 a year
