Position Responsibilities:
- Become a SMA and apitegromab medical/clinical/scientific expert
- Build and foster relationships with local, regional, and national KOLs and possibly payers
- Deliver medical/clinical/scientific presentations to external audiences
- Support clinical development activities, investigator recruitment and education
- Develop and execute a Territory Management Plan aligned with Medical Goals
- Develop MSL metrics and reports; contribute to MSL SOPs/Business Practices
- Respond to unsolicited medical information requests from field teams
- Partner compliantly with Sales and Market Access on high-level regional engagement
- Provide internal insights from HCP interactions
- Co-create and deliver MSL training; support MSL material content development
- Contribute to Global and US Medical Plans for apitegromab in SMA
- Participate in advisory meetings, speaker trainings, as needed
- Coordinate and manage investigator-initiated research (IIR) milestones/objectives
- Report on scientific sessions; conduct scientific exchange at congresses and document unsolicited scientific information requests
- Conduct all activities per applicable legal/regulatory/corporate guidelines and policies

Candidate Requirements:
- MD, PharmD, or PhD preferred (advanced NP/PT may be considered with significant clinical neuromuscular disease experience)
- Neurology and/or rare disease experience; prior launch experience preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory, commercial, and clinical issues in pharma
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic planning, organizational, and project management abilities
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies
- Startup biopharma experience desirable; customer relationship management experience a plus
- Passion for impact with integrity and ethics; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Remote position with extensive overnight travel (>50%)

Compensation:
- $220,000 - $250,000 a year
