Florida/Georgia Territory

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare providers in neurology & epilepsy.
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned with regional/national Medical Affairs plans.
- Collaborate across functions to maximize territory opportunities.
- Identify and communicate key clinical/research issues and data gaps from KOLs to appropriate departments.
- Participate in medical education for HCPs via on-site presentations, investigator meetings, national conferences, advisory boards, or regional meetings.
- Provide scientific/clinical support to formulary committees or payers in collaboration with market access.
- Provide/lead scientific support for activities such as medical congress staffing, advisory boards, and sales training.
- Respond to unsolicited questions (as appropriate) in group and one-on-one settings.
- Consult with internal medical information to ensure quality standard response letters.
- Liaise with investigators interested in investigator-initiated trials (IIT); monitor research, review study design, and oversee milestones.
- Support patient enrollment in sponsored clinical trials (site recommendations and partnership within clinical development).
- Serve as an internal scientific advisor when evaluating new products/technologies (as needed).

Requirements/Qualifications:
- MS degree in scientific/medical discipline; MD, PharmD, or PhD strongly preferred.
- MSL experience; epilepsy/spasticity/cannabinoid science strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and maintain medical community relationships.
- Excellent presentation/teaching skills; strong scientific/pharmaceutical knowledge.
- Clinical/research experience in epilepsy, neurology and/or cannabinoid science preferred.
- Preferred: knowledge of US legal, regulatory, and compliance guidelines for interactions with HCPs.
- Strong capabilities with digital platforms/tools.
- Travel 60–80%.
- Valid driver’s license; live within 30 miles of a major airport.
