Responsibilities:
- Provide US priorities and insights to inform breast cancer development plan, study design, and execution.
- Align with GMSA and development on prioritized analyses, interpretation, and publication of evidence from pivotal trials.
- Support label development and indication negotiations.
- Develop, execute, and manage the medical strategy for breast cancer indications from launch through lifecycle.
- Partner with Commercial to derive the brand plan.
- Own/lead Medical and Promotional Review committee.
- Partner with GMSA to align evidence generation needs and support execution of studies with HEOR, GV, and RWE.
- Serve as SME in breast cancer for cross-functional initiatives (Commercial, BD, Communications, IR, Advocacy Strategy).
- Identify new opportunities to enable the oncology care community to deliver best care with Jazz assets.
Required/Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of Medical Affairs (or equivalent) required.
- Experience in oncology care preferred.
- Experience launching and managing oncology breast cancer indications strongly desired.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Proven success in matrix organizations; independent critical thinking and execution under time pressure with competing priorities.
- Self-awareness and emotional intelligence in complex matrix environments.
Education:
- Advanced degree required (PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, Doctor of Nursing, Physician’s Assistant).
Benefits/Compensation (US):
- Base pay range: $268,000–$402,000; may be eligible for bonus/incentive and equity.
- Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and flexible paid vacation.
