Discover Your Role:
- Maintain deep scientific and medical knowledge of Neurology/Myasthenia Gravis, treatment landscape, and clinical decision-making
- Function as an integral member of the cross-functional Medical Team
- Lead data generation, analyses, and interpretation related to Phase 4 studies (interventional and observational research)
- Manage medical content for post-marketing study reports; analyze clinical data; ensure patient safety through safety monitoring
- Provide scientific/medical support for strategic medical planning, publications, communications, and integrated evidence generation plans
- Develop and present medical content at congresses, symposia, and advisory boards
- Bring patientsโ€™ and physiciansโ€™ voice to cross-functional teams to enable effective decision-making
- Provide medical training for internal staff on investigational/approved products, disease state, and unmet needs

This Role Requires:
- MD or equivalent with board eligibility/certification in Neurology; 10+ years relevant experience and 5+ years Medical Affairs experience in Pharma/Biotech
- OR PhD or PharmD with 12+ years relevant experience and 8+ years Medical Affairs experience in Pharma/Biotech
- Direct experience in Myasthenia Gravis or Neurology rare disease; prior launch experience strongly preferred
- Experience working in a dynamic matrix environment; excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of medical affairs accountabilities
- Thorough understanding of the Neurology/Myasthenia Gravis healthcare environment and key stakeholders

Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY; Warren, NJ; or Cambridge, MA. Frequent travel to Sleepy Hollow, MA may be required if hired in Warren, NJ or Cambridge, MA.
