Senior Medical Director (Hematology)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as Clinical Development Lead on study subteams, including Marketing Authorization Applications.
- Conduct medical monitoring: eligibility assessment, data review, and safety monitoring.
- Lead peer-to-peer interactions with investigators; act as point of contact for clinical issues between study teams and investigators.
- Lead and contribute to development/maintenance of clinical trial and regulatory documents with Clinical Scientist and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Global Development to create/refine development strategies; represent the company in external engagements/committees.
- Support regulatory interactions.
- Review and interpret clinical data with Clinical Scientist; communicate key findings/implications to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on literature/guidelines to advise and drive current and future clinical development plans.

Qualifications (Basic):
- Medical degree; 5+ years clinical/industry experience.
- Hematology/Oncology experience (academia/industry).
- Late-stage clinical development experience.
- Experience providing clinical development leadership across multiple study teams.
- Strong communication, strategic, and analytical skills.

Preferred:
- Leadership/management experience.
- Board certified/eligible in hematology/oncology.
- Experience across multiple phases and drug classes in oncology; late hematology development.
