Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day execution lead for patient and HCP marketing tactics; translate strategy into execution plans, briefs, and timelines.
- Manage the tactical plan calendar (dependencies, conflicts, deadlines) and coordinate with agency partners.
- Support patient and HCP asset/content development (education materials, speaker bureau, congress support, webinars, email campaigns, print collateral).
- Lead logistics/timelines for end-to-end campaign and event execution; support MLR review (promotional and non-promotional) for select projects.
- Adapt content for patients/caregivers/physicians/HCPs while maintaining message consistency and scientific integrity; maintain versioning/approved claims documentation.
- Support patient ambassador programming and lead select conference/event marketing execution.
- Define/track KPIs, compile dashboards/status updates; manage budgets and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with digital marketing and commercial operations/sales/analytics/IT/MCM; analyze performance data and field feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications (Required):
- 5β7 years in digital, communications, or product marketing (biotech/pharma/healthcare preferred).
- Product launch experience; strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to balance senior direction with hands-on execution; influence without authority; handle ambiguity.
- Experience managing MLR/promotional review process.
- Excellent communication/presentation; strong PowerPoint and business tools.
- Passion for patients with genetic diseases; self-starter; travel ~20%.
