Market Access
Responsibilities:
- Lead review and processing of market access commercial and trade rebate invoices; act as the primary end-to-end contact for invoice processing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Procurement, Market Access Account Directors, Accounts Payable, and Vendors.
- Improve analysis reporting and workflow efficiency using tools such as Alteryx; analyze PBM data, identify trends, and present findings to leadership.
- Partner with data analytics and IT to improve models and automate processes.
- Maintain documentation of contracts, requisitions, and payments to support audits and reporting.
- Manage and execute special and ad-hoc market access projects as assigned.
- May supervise junior analysts or support staff.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience concentrated in Healthcare, Data Management, Finance, and/or Accounting; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
- Understanding of the US Healthcare System.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Market Access key functions.
- Ability to read and understand statutes and law.
Required Skills:
- Documenting processes and procedures.
- Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel and data management.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
- Maintain urgency, respect, and confidentiality; professional communication.
