The role supports annual and off-cycle compensation cycles, incentive plans, and equity processes, with a focus on compliance and user experience. Requirements: Bachelorβs degree and 8+ years of Workday administration expertise, especially in Advanced Compensation, with proven ability to support complex compensation programs and cross-module integration. Preferred: Workday certifications, experience in compensation planning cycles, equity administration, and process improvements.
