Senior Manager, Value Analytics

Role: Develop and execute evidence-synthesis, health economic models to demonstrate the value of AbbVie's products for HTA, payer, and access assessments. Responsibilities: create global systematic literature reviews (SLR), indirect treatment comparisons (ITC), and health economic models (HEM); support local adaptation of models; collaborate with cross-functional teams (biostatistics, clinical development, medical affairs); contribute to value propositions and strategic pricing decisions; share best practices across affiliates and stakeholders; inform market access strategies using clinical and published data. Requirements: MS/MSc/Mphil/MPH in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field; minimum 3 years in pharma or consultancy; strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; solid understanding of health economics, evidence synthesis, and statistical methodologies (e.g., survival analysis, indirect comparisons); proficiency with Excel, VBA, R preferred. High-Value: experience with HTA submissions, payer interactions, economic modeling, evidence synthesis, and statistical analysis; familiarity with biotech modalities and indications is advantageous.
