Main Responsibilities:
- Work with internal business partners and supporting agencies to understand social media needs and develop strategies to bring ideas to life on social channels
- Develop and execute creative content across formats (static graphics to videos)
- Develop and own an above-brand/corporate influencer playbook and process documentation
- Manage US workflows in a centralized Customer Experience Management tool, including campaign setup oversight, process adherence, and cross-team coordination
- Collaborate with global social media counterparts to ensure consistency across global corporate channels
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute learnings to optimize future initiatives
- Support social media employee training and education
- Evaluate and recommend new social media formats, approaches, and technologies

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5–8+ years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or corporate communications
- Demonstrated success capturing and editing/producing social-first videos
- Proven track record of creative strategic thinking and execution (strategy to reporting; video shooting, editing, publishing)
- Experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns (HCPs/DOLs, patients, influencers/content creators)
- Experience with paid social amplification strategy and partnering with media/paid social teams
- Strong understanding of social channels and emerging formats (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit)
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent collaboration and communication across global/matrixed teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with social listening/analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch)
- Experience with content approval workflows through medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review
- Agency or in-house creative experience conceptualizing above-brand/corporate campaigns (brief to execution)
- Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance and regulatory considerations in social media
