Senior Manager, US Commercial Learning – Rare Disease

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver learning curricula and training programs for Rare Disease customer-facing teams using adult learning principles and ADDIE.
- Lead onboarding and day-to-day learning initiatives; optimize learning using stakeholder/field feedback.
- Facilitate live, virtual, and blended training; tailor delivery for new hires and experienced field audiences.
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal/Regulatory/Compliance) to create field-relevant content and manage PRC approvals.
- Align with Medical Affairs to ensure medical-learning consistency.
- Evaluate training effectiveness via surveys, field feedback, and performance data; adjust content and share insights.
- Engage field teams/managers to identify skill gaps and recommend interventions.
- Develop learning for major business events (launches, label updates, Fast Starts, POAs, ad hoc initiatives).
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendors across concurrent projects.
- Ensure training complies with Biogen values, code of practice, and relevant SOPs.

Qualifications:
- BS/BA required.
- 6+ years professional experience; 3–5 years in Commercial Learning, Sales, Marketing, or Consulting.
- Product launch and/or Rare Disease brand experience preferred.

Skills:
- Commercial pharma/biotech knowledge and adult learning expertise.
- End-to-end learning delivery (curriculum, development, facilitation).
- Strong communication; influence across functions; matrix and vendor collaboration; integrity with relevant regulations.

Travel: Up to 25% domestic.
