Responsibilities:
- Lead development and execution of thought leader engagement strategies aligned with brand and disease education objectives.
- Develop and manage KOL relationships to support advisory boards, educational content, speaker programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across engagement channels.
- Collaborate with Sr. Director, TLP to plan advisory boards/steering committees aligned to business priorities.
- Define meeting objectives/discussion frameworks to generate actionable insights.
- Oversee end-to-end execution: cross-functional coordination, RFA development/approvals, advisor selection, faculty management, and agency oversight.
- Lead creation of meeting materials and onsite assets (digital/print).
- Collect, synthesize, and communicate insights; translate into recommendations for brand strategy, educational initiatives, and field execution.
- Develop/review/manage educational and promotional materials (e.g., slide decks, training tools, product theater content).
- Ensure educational programming aligns with learning gaps, strategic priorities, and evolving clinical evidence.
- Identify/manage relationships with professional societies and third-party organizations; drive collaborations to expand educational reach.
- Oversee external agencies; manage timelines/workflows and maintain operational excellence.
- Partner with Commercial Review Team to manage content approvals and ensure compliance.
- Travel as needed.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in thought leader engagement strategy and KOL relationship management.
- Strong insight generation/synthesis; ability to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience developing educational content aligned with clinical evidence.
- Scientific/clinical aptitude to engage thought leaders credibly.
- Track record leading complex, multi-workstream projects.
- Vendor/agency management experience a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s preferred); 7+ years in pharma/biotech; 4–5 years in thought leader programming/medical education/brand management (endocrinology and/or orphan drug a plus).
