Summary
The Senior Manager, State Price Transparency Reporting will evolve state price transparency capability as regulatory requirements expand.

Responsibilities
- Lead preparation, review, validation, approval, and timely submission of state price transparency reports with external vendor support and internal data owners.
- Monitor pricing and product events (e.g., WAC changes, new launches) and assess reporting obligations, required data, disclosure requirements, and deadlines.
- Maintain a repository of state price transparency requirements; partner with Policy and Legal to translate regulatory interpretations into reporting rules, processes, and documentation.
- Establish and maintain governance, controls, approval procedures, and documentation standards to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
- Coordinate inputs across internal teams and external vendors; resolve data/process gaps; escalate complex reporting issues.
- Provide reporting and operational support to State Government Affairs and Policy on emerging legislation and implementation implications.
- Partner with Policy, Legal, Commercial, Digital, and others to implement disclosures across materials, platforms, and field activities.
- Partner with the Director (product owner) to translate reporting needs into business requirements; coordinate testing/implementation and modernize via standardized processes and responsible technology/automation/AI.

Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/MPH/MS preferred).
- 5+ years in pricing/policy/compliance/operations/pharma OR 3+ years post-MBA/advanced degree.
- Experience managing complex, deadline-driven reporting/compliance with stakeholder coordination and controls.
- Ability to translate regulatory/policy requirements into practical reporting processes, controls, and deliverables.
- Identify process gaps; implement standardized, efficient, scalable ways of working.
- Strong written/verbal communication.
- Detail-oriented, sound judgment, accountable, ethical/compliant.

Qualifications (Preferred)
- Direct state price transparency reporting or comparable regulated reporting experience.
- Familiarity with state drug-pricing requirements (e.g., WAC, new product reporting, affordability boards, UPL, public-interest reporting).
- Experience with external vendors/platforms and automation/generative AI.

Compensation
- Madison/Giralda, NJ or Princeton, NJ: $124,580–$150,967 (plus possible discretionary incentives).
