Senior Manager Sales Training

Responsibilities:
- Plans, designs, develops, facilitates, and evaluates training programs aligned to designated therapeutic area and selling skills.
- Applies instructional design methodology, adult learning principles, and project management expertise to plan, develop, and facilitate initial and continuous learning curricula.
- Conducts regular needs assessments to develop new programs and continuously improve existing training programs, resources, and frameworks.
- Stays current on industry trends to inform program delivery and design through technology, innovation, and cutting-edge approaches.
- Independently manages vendor/third-party relationships in training program and curriculum development, including budget and contract oversight.
- Collaborates with stakeholders at all levels (sales leadership, compliance, legal, marketing, operations).
- Maintains current understanding of the business and regulatory environment, products, customers, sales opportunities, and challenges.
- Coordinates and manages projects and assets from development through approval.
- Offers or leads sales training support for product launches, program execution, sales meetings, etc.
- Leads launch planning and execution, including cross-functional alignment, launch readiness planning, content development, and timeline management.
- Performs other duties as directed by the Sr. Director/Head, North America Sales Training.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent); 4+ yearsโ€™ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Previous corporate training experience required.
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles, ADDIE model, and project management.
- Knowledge of blended learning methods (LMS, digital engagement platforms, distance learning).
- Familiarity with account management structures and business skills.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
- Ability to use metrics and track KPIs for evidence-based learning strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote work flexibility.
- Travel up to 30% for live training events.

Compensation/benefits:
- Salary range: $95,000 - $193,000. Competitive salaries and benefits are offered.
