What You'll Do
The Senior Manager, Sales Operations is a senior member of the Commercial Analytics and Operations team and a strategic partner to BridgeBio commercial leadership. Own field analytics and performance measurement, field force operations and solutions (CRM, fleet, credentialing), Incentive Compensation administration, and cross-functional coordination with Commercial IT and field sales. Reports to the Sr Director of Field Analytics and Operations.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Incentive Compensation (IC) administration: plan communication/documentation, quota & attainment tracking, dispute resolution, payout accuracy, and ongoing compliance.
- Operational owner for the field organization: resolve field issues independently, manage escalations with IT/business stakeholders/vendors, and proactively communicate field needs.
- Optimize field alignments, roster management, target lists, and sales allocations; coordinate with Commercial IT and Analytics for data accuracy and timely execution.
- Lead Sales Operations functions: Veeva CRM administration, PowerBI/reporting dashboards, fleet reimbursement, field credentialing programs, sponsorships, data warehouse processes, and master data management.
- Own Sales Leadership Team and executive reporting cycle: prepare/validate/deliver monthly and ad hoc performance reports; monitor subnational performance and surface insights.
- Manage relationships with Commercial IT, Commercial Analytics, Finance/AP, and external vendors; lead CRM/MDM/data stewardship/ISP improvements; primary operational point of contact.
- Lead ad hoc commercial reporting and analysis; synthesize data into actionable insights.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive sales operations experience in pharma/biotech with independent ownership.
- Ability to identify operational needs/opportunities and drive improvements.
- Senior-level operations accountability for field force operations, commercial fund management, CRM administration, data stewardship, and SLT reporting.
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Veeva CRM and PowerBI (or comparable BI) experience preferred.
- Experience partnering with pharmaceutical field sales leadership, including executive-level communication.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, lean, startup-stage environment with broad accountability.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Commercial IT, Finance, Analytics, and field organizations; communicate credibly at all levels.

- Base pay salary range (California): $165,000–$200,000.
