What Youโ€™ll Do
- Provide field coaching and support to ensure effective use of business tools, tactics, messages, and trainings.
- Support development of marketing strategies/tactics/messages by surveying/coaching field execution.
- Assist with development and execution of all onboarding training for new hires.
- Indirectly lead Field Force Trainers for new hire and ongoing training execution.
- Partner with field leadership to determine skill gaps, training needs, and coaching opportunities via field observation.
- Execute field coaching and coaching reports; provide feedback to home office to highlight best practices.
- Create and execute development workshops for regional/national meetings.
- Build internal/external rare disease resource network via advocacy, rare disease events, and conferences.
- Use critical skills/performance models to support hiring, evaluation, and field development; spread awareness of the family access role.
- Identify and develop transferrable family access skills to prepare for roles beyond family access.
- Leverage enterprise ONEBIOGEN approach with cross-organization counterparts.
- Support cultural values interpretation with examples.
- Identify ongoing development needs using patient engagement, motivational interviewing, and national skill-based programs; design/execute national trainings and partner with external vendors.
- Support a sustainable patient support model in the maintenance phase; provide individual coaching, assess metrics with patient services/leadership, and support strategic initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on Biogen, disease, patient engagement, and product resources.
- Participate in cross-functional task forces (e.g., marketing insights, competitive intelligence, patient services).

Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree; advanced education/certification desirable (adult learning, people leadership, project management, or applicable areas).
- 5+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience.
- 3+ years in family access, reimbursement, or equivalent field role (rare disease and patient-facing preferred).
- Strong desire to lead a field-based team.
- Breadth of commercial experience; cross-functional leadership and influencing without authority preferred.
- Preferred experience navigating legal/regulatory/compliance environments.
- Travel 60โ€“70% including overnight and national coverage.
