Director, Epilepsy & Movement Disorder (EMD) and Market Access Activation Lead
Responsibilities:
- Translate Brand and functional needs into Global Capabilities plans/roadmaps within BOA.
- Link Franchise/Function with Global Capability teams; ensure business needs, technology development, adoption, and measurable value.
- Develop activation plans; assess skill gaps; measure outcomes and adjust rollouts.
- Represent EMD Franchise and Market Access to Global Capability teams; translate priorities and end-user needs into actionable inputs; partner on discovery/roadmap/solution design.
- Embed and roll out new Global Capabilities across EMD/Market Access (e.g., CRM enhancements, dashboards, chatbot, Next Best Action, AI-enabled tools).
- Coordinate deployment with Field Activators; drive change management, training, and communications.
- Drive adoption through mindset/behavior change to ensure measurable business impact.
- Lead/enable Omnichannel Orchestration execution in collaboration with BOA stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in Marketing, Omnichannel, or Activation roles.
- Knowledge of EMD franchise; contributor within the EMD team.
- Knowledge of Market Access and brand initiatives supporting payers/customers.
- Proven ability to lead activation initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.
- Awareness of Product Operating Model and agile methods.
- Organizational change management training/experience.
- Proficiency analyzing adoption/utilization/performance data.
- Strong communication/storytelling; translate complex concepts for field and leadership audiences.
Working Requirements: 20β30% travel.
