Director of the Mid-Atlantic Region (Enterprise Access and Reimbursement Manager/ARM) β€” leads the customer-facing BMS Reimbursement Services organization for the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team (~8-10) of Access & Reimbursement Managers (ARMs) to provide reimbursement education to healthcare providers.
- Foster team effectiveness and matrix collaboration; share knowledge and information.
- Manage operational and relevant budget and allocate against priorities.
- Set measurable objectives; track/analyze performance data; coach team to execute against goals.
- Coordinate services across HCP, HUB, specialty pharmacies, centers of excellence, and aligned customer targets.
- Identify access/program performance trends requiring escalation and drive resolution.
- Maintain relationships with PASS, Sales, Access Strategy, and brand Marketing teams.
- Work with privacy/legal/regulatory/compliance personnel; embrace change and lead new ways of working.
- Manage >50% travel; strong preference to live in the geography.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7+ years progressive pharma experience; 3+ years strong people management/leadership.
- Preferred: claims reimbursement; buy-and-build; managed care; specialty pharma distribution/dispensing; patient support/HUB services.
- Strong communication/presentation; ability to present complex information to multiple stakeholders.
- Preferred cross-functional/regional customer-base experience; expertise in Hematology/Oncology/Cardiovascular/Immunology.
- Knowledge of payer (Commercial & Medicare) policies, reimbursement/coverage, specialty pharmacies, and healthcare legislative environment.
- Ability to maintain ARM Rules of Engagement, compliance guidelines, and field coaching reports.
- Strong financial acumen, analytics, writing, planning/prioritization/execution.

Compensation:
- Field (United States): $195,700–$237,137 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
