Senior Manager, Primary Immunodeficiency (PI)/Neuromuscular Consumer Marketing

Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to elevate patient experience and drive engagement across the PI/CIDP patient journey.
- Develop, execute, measure, and optimize patient-facing, direct-to-consumer initiatives.
- Build credibility in PI/CIDP communities; establish relationships with patient advocacy groups and collaborate with field teams for physician/patient engagement.
- Develop patient-centric marketing campaigns aligned to brand strategy.
- Create promotional tactics/materials; manage creative briefs and agency execution.
- Route promotional assets through medical, legal, and regulatory review/approval.
- Use patient insights, market research, and performance data to make actionable recommendations.
- Manage agency relationships and ensure compliance with policies, standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead brand planning workstreams from ideation through execution and performance measurement.
- Ensure initiatives align with compliance, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Omnichannel, Patient Services, Medical, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, Business Insights, Competitive Intelligence, and Communications.
- Manage budgets; contribute to primary market research (study design, discussion guides, fieldwork observation, and insight synthesis).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years in sales, marketing, or related commercial roles in pharma/healthcare.
- Strong project management; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Marketing strategy/tactic design experience; clear communication to internal/external partners.
- Data/analytics/insights to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Accountability; influence without authority; collaborative, results-oriented.

Desired:
- Experience at a commercial pharmaceutical organization.
- Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency/innovation.
