Role: Senior Manager, People Success Partner—serves as a strategic HR advisor and hands-on partner to business leaders in a biotech-focused environment. Objectives include aligning people strategies with business goals, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting talent development within a rare disease biopharma setting. Responsibilities encompass workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, and culture building. The role involves partnering across HR functions to deliver scalable, compliant solutions, analyzing employee data, and promoting a supportive employee experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, behavioral sciences, law, or related discipline; 6+ years in HR roles, preferably within biotech, R&D, or pharma sectors. Requires strong knowledge of HR disciplines, employment laws, and experience resolving complex employee issues. Preferred: HR certification; experience in life sciences.
