Senior Manager, People Experience

Role: People Experience Partner within Alnylam's People Experience team, focusing on enhancing employee and leader engagement across the organization. Responsibilities include coaching managers to bolster leadership skills, advising on performance management, managing employee relations and disciplinary issues, and supporting enterprise performance and compensation cycles. The role entails case management, collaborating with HR, Legal, and other teams on investigations and sensitive matters, and analyzing trends to improve culture and leadership effectiveness. Qualifications: 5-10 years in Human Resources, with experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management preferred; strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices; excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills; high emotional intelligence and sound judgment; proficiency with case management systems (ServiceNow experience a plus). High-Value: Focus on organizational culture, leadership development, employee relations, and performance management within a biotech setting. Location: Hybrid, primarily in Cambridge, MA.
