Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage peer-to-peer promotional content/materials (speaker slide decks, speaker kits, leave-behinds, webinars, product theater presentations).
- Identify, recruit, contract, and certify Viaskin Peanut promotional speakers in line with PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines, and DBV HCP engagement policies.
- Create and execute the annual speaker program plan (format mix, geography, budget) across local, national broadcast, and product theater formats.
- Provide field support to Regional Business Directors/Regional Account Managers on speaker allocations, planning, and targeting.
- Design and execute marketing-led national broadcast programs and product theater programs at major congresses.
- Build and operationalize the annual commercial congress strategy (priority conferences, meeting objectives, budget across booths/theaters/sponsorships).
- Lead creative brief, design, and production of convention booth/exhibit materials; manage exhibit house relationships.
- Serve as primary marketing liaison to Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) to scale speaker bureau management.
- Track/report speaker program and congress performance metrics and optimize using data.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field required; MBA/MS/PharmD preferred.
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles, including 2+ years in HCP marketing.
- Experience building peer-to-peer strategy and/or managing a national speaker bureau.
- Experience planning/executing medical congress presence (exhibits, product theaters, sponsorships).
- Preferred: background in immunology/allergy/pediatric specialties.
- Strong knowledge of PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines, Sunshine Act, and state transparency requirements.
- Proficient with Veeva Vault or comparable platforms; strong vendor management.
- Experience managing HCP KOL/speaker relationships and facilitating speaker training; familiarity with CRM/speaker tracking systems.
