Location: Warren, New Jersey (3 days on site)
Salary Range: $155–180k

Key Responsibilities:
- Own development and lifecycle management of peer-to-peer promotional materials (speaker slide decks, speaker kits, leave-behinds, webinar assets, product theater presentations).
- Identify, recruit, contract, and certify Viaskin Peanut promotional speakers in compliance with PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines, and DBV HCP engagement policies.
- Develop and execute the annual speaker program plan (format mix, geographic coverage, budget) across local, national broadcast, and product theater formats.
- Provide field direction to Regional Business Directors and Regional Account Managers on speaker program allocation, planning, targeting, and recruitment.
- Design and execute marketing-led national broadcast and product theater programs at major congresses.
- Develop and operationalize annual commercial congress strategy (prioritization, meeting objectives, and budget across booths/theaters/sponsorships).
- Own creative brief, design, production of booth/exhibit materials; manage exhibit house relationships.
- Serve as primary marketing liaison to the Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) function.
- Track and report speaker program and congress performance metrics; optimize using data.
- Ensure P2P/congress/advisory board activities comply with PhRMA Code, OIG guidelines, Sunshine Act, and state transparency reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related (required). MBA/MS/PharmD preferred.
- 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles, including 2+ years in HCP marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in peer-to-peer strategy and/or managing a national speaker bureau.
- Experience planning/executing medical congress presence (exhibits/product theaters/sponsorships).
- Immunology/allergy/pediatric specialty background preferred.
- Deep knowledge of PhRMA Code, OIG, Sunshine Act, and state transparency requirements.
- Proficiency with Veeva Vault (or comparable platform).
- Strong vendor management (event logistics, exhibit houses, speaker bureau platforms, symposia vendors).
- Experience managing HCP KOL/speaker relationships and facilitating speaker training.
- Familiarity with CRM and speaker program tracking systems.
