Role: Senior Manager, US Patient Advocacy, focusing on building and maintaining strategic relationships with patient organizations and communities across the West and Southcentral regions to inform and support biopharmaceutical patient initiatives. Responsibilities include leading participation in patient events, developing educational materials, identifying and cultivating partnerships, executing advocacy strategies aligned with business priorities, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years in patient advocacy within the biopharma industry, with experience in rare disease advocacy preferred; Bachelor's degree in science, social science, communications, or related field, with a Masterβs a plus. Skills: Proven ability to foster collaboration and trust, cross-functional coordination experience (R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access), excellent communication and presentation skills, and fluency in English. High-value: Rare disease patient advocacy, cross-phase engagement (pre-launch to commercialization), experience in a matrixed organization, knowledge of regulatory and ethical guidelines. Work setup: Travel estimated at 40%+, primarily US-based within the East Coast region.
