Role Responsibilities
Performance Measurement & Insights
- Own end-to-end breast cancer portfolio reporting (brand sales, TRx/NPS, market share, attainment vs. targets) across weekly/monthly/quarterly cadences.
- Use secondary data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, specialty pharmacy, hub/SP) to identify trends, risks/opportunities, and link insights to brand strategy.
- Analyze performance by patient segments (histology, biomarkers, demographics, lines of therapy, etc.) to understand disease biology and treatment history impacts.
- Apply subnational analytics to identify geographic variation and surface actionable brand-strategy insights (without field execution ownership).
- Translate findings into business narratives (โ€œso whatโ€) and actionable recommendations.
- Support/maintain Oncology LT Dashboard and enterprise reporting infrastructure to keep breast cancer metrics accurate and decision-ready.
- Identify data anomalies, validate outputs, and ensure accuracy/reliability of insights.
Brand Strategy Support
- Serve as secondary data analytics partner for breast cancer team for brand positioning, strategic planning, and commercial decisions.
- Provide secondary data inputs to forecasting (demand trends, segment sizing, market share) supporting volume/revenue projections.
- Identify emerging breast cancer landscape trends (biomarker testing, treatment sequencing, competitive dynamics) and frame commercial implications.
- Connect patient journey data to brand strategy to identify diagnosis-to-treatment drop-offs and implications for priorities.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Build relationships across marketing, commercial excellence, data science, and market access; translate outputs for non-technical audiences.
- Anticipate information gaps and develop analytical solutions proactively.
AI & Analytical Innovation
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate insights and automate routine reporting; continuously improve ways of working.
- Stay current on analytical methods/data sources/technologies and advocate for adoption.
- Contribute to analytical capability agenda (data infrastructure, best practices).
Team & Operational Excellence
- Guide/review vendor partners and collaborators; provide analytical direction, quality oversight, and feedback.
- Ensure consistency in methodology, metrics definitions, and reporting standards across portfolio.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s in quantitative/business discipline; Masterโ€™s preferred.
- 6+ years in biopharma/commercial analytics/strategic consulting or related field.
- Direct experience with commercial secondary data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, specialty pharmacy).
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI or similar) and dashboard design.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings as business stories tailored to commercial audiences.
- Comfort using AI tools; interest in staying current on AI in analytics.
- Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Preferred
- Prior breast cancer brand support in pharma commercial analytics/insights.
- Familiarity with biomarker testing trends and molecular segmentation implications.
- Experience providing inputs to commercial forecasting (segment sizing, market share trends).
- Familiarity with patient journey analytics, hub/SP data, and access metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL/Python/R/Alteryx; cloud platforms (Snowflake/Google Cloud) and enterprise BI.
