Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the digital SME and business partner to the US Marketing & Sales Team and cross-functional teams.
- Integrate omnichannel strategies into the overall product brand plan, supporting complex launch environments across multiple brands/indications.
- Develop tactical plans and execute prioritized tactics aligned to brand vision; support multi-indication launch plans.
- Lead with data: ensure capture and design measurement strategies from the onset.
- Partner early with Ops, Privacy, Data Science, Regulatory, and ITโespecially in evolving regulatory environments (e.g., accelerated approvals).
- Drive omnichannel strategy and execution across concurrent launch timelines, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and resource optimization.
- Create innovative ways of working to deliver an ideal customer experience.
- Monitor industry trends and promotional opportunities; promote best practices.
- Define KPIs and report through the US Marketing & Sales Team.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for launch readiness across overlapping milestones and compressed timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Pharma/Biotech required.
- Oncology marketing and/or relevant therapeutic area experience preferred.
- Deep digital & omnichannel execution across core channels required.
- Proven experience in complex launch environments (multi-brand/indication; multi-indication strategy; accelerated approval support).
- Knowledge of cross-functional interdependencies; marketing ops, data ops, and data privacy.
- Experience leading marketing technologies for web/mobile/app, automation, performance & insights, and compliance.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Resourceful, decisive, proactive; startup/emerging/new team experience preferred.
Work arrangement: Flexibility to work away from office 20%โ40% (single/multiple days), not exceeding 40% within a 60-day period, approved by hiring manager.
